Looking for Freelancers for your Small Business?

Seeking for online business opportunities is more than just looking for ways to directly make money online. Sometimes you are on the business side and you need somebody that’s really good to fill in a position you have available. There’s plenty of job boards out there that are constantly visited by good prospects but the problem is that if you are a small business (especially if you are from outside the US) paying $150 or $250 just for a job listing is out of question because it’s just too much.

My company has been in that position recently, and being a small business from Chile doesn’t allow us to spend $250 for a job listing so we started moving our network to find a good Java developer but we have not found a good one yet.

Fortunately the nice blog FreelanceSwitch.com recently started their job board with an interesting offer: You can list your job advert for free until July 1st. Now, this is a good place to look for an experienced freelancer, particularly in our case a freelance Java developer, because FreelanceSwitch.com is a blog devoted to provide resources for freelancers so the odds to find the right person there are high.

If you need to post a job advert be sure to do it at FreelanceSwitch.com until July 1st. After that it’ll be great if they keep the price low so small businesses from all over the world can take advantage of their service.

Hi Roberto! We certainly will be keeping the price low, when you are looking for a freelancer the entire job might only be $250 so you’re absolutely right it doesn’t make sense to charge so much.

    Glad you like the site!

That’s absolutely right Collis: freelance jobs can be for a very low total sum.

You are freelancers so you understand this very well. I didn’t expect less from you :)

    Thanks for your comment!

    Hi,

If you want a Java Dev, just head over to rentacoder.com. Maybe you’ll find someone there.

That’s true, but we can also use a lot of other freelancers sites. What we were looking for was to minimize the amount of prospects while trying to get good ones, and using freelancers site like rentacoder will give us a lot of prospects that don’t fulfill our requirements, so we don’t want to go that way.

    Thanks for your comment :)
